Thank you for my beautiful studio. I appreciate the thoughtful design. You created a space so inviting and conducive to creativity, that doesn’t look like an inappropriate add-on to the main house. You captured the spirit of my 1929 home; visitors have commented that it looks like the perfect complement. The interior details, the open and modern room with the high ceiling and great light is a dream. You did an amazing job, and everyone who sees it loves it. When I sell my house, it will be largely because of your design.

Just though the curved wall you designed is still wowing everyone. People’s reaction when they first enter the loft is still one of utter surprise. The design of the space makes us feel good, but more importantly, the layout has just worked well. It just flows and functions well. I should also add that it has been a pleasure working with you over the years on various projects. Your insight and experience have been invaluable to me.

We have a Normandy style home completed in 1929. Built as an architect’s home it features 20 inch brick walls, five bedrooms, many dormers and a steep complex roof. We wanted to expand the kitchen and add a master bedroom. Our concern was to match the additional to the original house seamlessly. Of course, Lou Masciotti was our choice. I am a plastering contractor and have many friends in construction. I usually have to point out the addition. The unified exterior look, and the “flow” from the kitchen/dining room (with its wall of windows) to the deck, and the pool have given us a beautiful view, as well as privacy. The house now looks and feels more complete than the original. Lou’s addition is where we spend most of our time. We recommend Lou Masciotti without reservation.

While the building's beauty continues to be acknowledged by everyone, its true virtue lies in its ability to satisfy our needs to function efficiently. In no small part, this is due to the extensive planning and design performed by your organization. All of us who work in the bui Iding fee 1 great pride in it, and know that each of you also share in this feeling of pride in "your building". Thank you.

On behalf of the past and present members of the Reading Redevelopment Authority, as well as the entire community, I would like to express our extreme gratitude for the years of loyal service and tireless dedication you have given to the City of Reading as a member of the Authority Board. And those of us who worked closely with you truly valued your warmth, wit and wisdom. Thank you for your many contributions to the renewal and development efforts in Reading, as well as your genuine concern for the quality of life in the City. The Reading School District recently embarked on a construction project to ease it's overcrowding problem. The design of this project was compressed into an eight (8) month time table. It was during this time that I worked with Mr. Masciotti. I found Mr. Masciotti to be a competent professional. He diligently worked on the design to have it complete for bidding in a timely fashion so that the districts schedule could be met. Mr. Masciotti worked extremely well with the Curriculum Department in designing a facility that serves the educational needs of the district. I would recommend Mr. Masciotti as a dedicated and competent design professional.
