Who We ARe
Louis Masciotti RA, NCARB, Principal Architect, has over thirty-five years of experience working as an architect, in Pennsylvania, New York, and California. As a registered architect and member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, Masciotti is fully committed to his craft. He has provided designs for commercial, institutional, industrial, and residential projects. His responsibilities have included every aspect of architecture and interior design. This experience has included clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to local school boards, church groups, and commercial/residential developers throughout the Eastern United States. While currently licensed in Pennsylvania he also holds a national architectural registration which facilitates reciprocal licensing in other states.
During a long and varied career he has learned, among other things, that the programming (pre-design) phase is one of the most important steps in the entire design and construction process. Knowing the right questions to ask at the outset will save much time and money throughout the course of the project. His experience in serving on civic advisory committees and authorities has provided him with an appreciation of the client’s viewpoint and insight into the development/decision process.
Today, many clients expect more than sound planning and esthetic consideration, in the design of their projects. It is necessary to minimize facility obsolescence, consider environmental sustainability, and improve energy efficiency of the buildings. It is now essential for the architect to consider, in more detail, the cost/benefit impact of various design alternatives for the owner. This is why Masciotti is adamnat about providing design and feasibility consultations before each project. Each client will recieve a realistic look at the options before them and can ave the confidence of a seasoned professional to guide them to the right decision.
